Now you can redeem your rewards online while browsing through our Rewards Catalogue

View your desired Rewards item from our Reward Catalogue.
Click the “Redeem Now” button.
Login to your HSBC Online Banking account.
On the “Redeem Points” page, input your desired quantity of the Rewards item.
Select your desired credit card number to redeem.
Read the HSBC Reward Programme Terms and Conditions.
Click the “Continue” button.
On the “Review” page, check through your redemption request.
Click the “Confirm” button.
You will be directed to the “Confirmation” page. Your rewards redemption is now being processed.

You can redeem your reward through HSBC Contact Center. Simply dial:
