To enhance your service experience, we are progressively sending invitations to our customers to visit nearest HSBC branch for information update. When you receive your invitation email, please bring your original identity card/chip-based citizen identity card to facilitate the process.

Remember to stay alert and watch out for phishing SMS, emails and fraudulent websites. HSBC will never send any SMS or email with a link requesting you to log on to your online banking. Forward it to phishing@hsbc.com, then delete it. Learn more
